- Providing system-wide leadership and support for critical campus services;
- Providing high-quality service to campus units and executive officers who are responsible for academic and student service operations;
- Managing system-wide student service operations and providing direct operational oversight of related business processes;
- Reviewing business processes for improved service, efficiencies, best practices, and cost savings, while continuing to develop university-wide shared services;
- Delivering comprehensive institutional research, business intelligence, and decision-support services;
- Developing and providing reports and other tools to support internal and external information requests, serving as the single source of truth for external and strategic reporting;
- Providing expertise and guidance to address federal, state, and institutional compliance requirements related to student enrollment services;
- Preserving common standards in the maintenance of records across all IU campuses;
- Maintaining data integrity through the maintenance of academic structure and university policies and procedures, and through external policies and legislation.
