This page provides information for requesting access to student data and USSS enterprise systems and applications. Every department has an access coordinator assigned that can aid in the request and training procedures for all systems and applications below. Use the look up access coordinator tool to find your access coordinator.
Prior to beginning this process, employees' paperwork must be processed by University Human Resource Services (UHRS) and employees must have created their first IU computing accounts. Three steps are required to gain access to institutional data and applications at IU:
Prior to gaining access to student data, the employee for whom access is requested must read and agree to appropriate data handling use statements outlined in the Acceptable Use Agreement for Access to Technology and Information Resources for Employees.

After the employee has completed the the FERPA tutorial and the Acceptable Use Agreement, the department access coordinator makes the access request using the form(s) below.
